This policy applies to the Bandile M Ventures (Pty) Ltd company websites, domains, platforms, services, and products. This Policy does not apply to third-party applications, websites, products, services, or platforms that may be accessed through(non-) links that we may provide to you. These sites are owned and operated independently from us, and they have their own separate privacy and data collection practices. Any Personal Data that you provide to these websites will be governed by the third party’s own privacy policy. We cannot accept liability for the actions or policies of these independent sites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

BMV might use your personal data to fulfil your request, perform a contract or service you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Site, send you marketing communications, process your registration or manage your IntEd platform account, access and services. BMV collects personal data from you when you request information from BMV and/or supply, information through the Site, such as when you fill out a subscription from or advisory inquiry, opt-in to receive emails or communication from BMV, agree to participate in surveys, join our community, or register for a program or course BMV.

Personal data we collect might include your full name, email address, title, occupation, company or university affiliation, industry, region/country, relationship to BMV, the reason for contacting BMV, and automatically collected usage data, topics you are interested in, other background information provided with a submission and any other information contained in messages you send us.
